DISCOVER YOURSELF AS YOU DISCOVER THE CITY OF CHICAGO THIS SUMMER!

The classroom of My Chicago is unlike any other - it begins at Lake Michigan, stretches beyond the farthest stops on the El and travels as high as the Sears Tower.

This summer make friends with a diverse group of students from across the city as you creatively investigate the history, culture and social issues of your neighborhood and city. Learn how to create change in your community, take ownership of your education and discover learning adventure outside of four walls.  My Chicago is a challenging pre-college program that will improve your writing skills, encourage critical thinking and help develop study habits.

My Chicago will culminate in an overnight retreat held on Loyola University Chicago. Students will have the opportunity to present their creative projects for friends and family at a closing reception.
